Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed.

I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do?

Sending order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us. You can reach us via direct message on Instagram (@the_vintage_snob) or drop us an e-mail at care@thevintagesnob.in.

I entered a wrong address while placing the order, what should I do?

We will not be responsible for any incorrect address mentioned while placing an order.

How do I return my order?

We are unable to offer refunds and returns. All sales are final. In the event that a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt, in such case we will either replace the item for you or issue you store credit. Customers must include the order number, photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation e-mail.
The replacement or return in such a case shall be at the discretion of The Vintage Snob.

Please note, The Vintage Snob reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, and refunds.

Do you offer exchanges?

We are unable to process exchanges at this time.

I have received incorrect items in my order, what should I do?

Please reach us via direct message on Instagram or at care@thevintagesnob.in within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please provide your order number along with a photo of the incorrect item you received.

How can I track my package?

Once your order has been placed and accepted, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking information. If tracking is not available yet, it will become available once your order has been fulfilled at our warehouse. Most orders are fulfilled within one to three business days, except during holidays.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept online payments via net banking, visa, mastercard, american express and UPI. If you are an international consumer, we also accept local payment providers.

I was charged twice, what should I do?

You will only be charged for what you purchased. In case you see duplicate charges, please note that the extra amount should be return to you by the back within 4 days. However, if it the issue still remains, please contact us via direct message on Instagram or at care@thevintagesnob.in for further assistance.

Do I have to set up an account toplace an order?

No, you do not have to set up an account to place an order with us. You may make a purchase as a Guest.

Where can I purchase your products?

You can purchase our products at thevintagsnob.in or you can purchase our products in-store from multiple retails partners.

How often do you restock your products?

Restock dates vary depending on product availability. Please sign up for our emails or text alerts to find out when your favourite products will be back in stock!

The item I want is sold out, can you make it for me?

Yes! We can get the sold out item you want made for you. You need to drop us a mail with the item details and we’ll assist you with delivery and production timelines.

Shipping

What are the shipping charges?

Flat shipping charges of INR 200 apply on all domestic orders. We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over INR 15000.

All domestic orders take 2-12 working days to deliver once shipped.

International Shipping

We offer complimentary express shipping for most international orders over 50,000 INR , excluding duties and taxes. For orders under 50,000 INR, we offer 3000 INR flat rate shipping. All international orders are shipped via DHL.

International orders can experience delays, if your order has not arrived within 3 weeks of being shipped, please contact our customer service team for updates. Delivery times vary by destination country. Most international orders will be delivered within 4 and 10 business days of order fulfilment at our warehouse.

Duties and taxes might be applicable on international orders once they reach the destination country, the same needs to be paid by the receiver. The Vintage Snob is not responsible for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation strikes and delays, or extra fees and back-end charges once the package has exited India.

International orders are shipped together, in case your order contains items which are ready to ship as well as the items which will take a few weeks to dispatch, your order will be shipped once all the items are ready. Your order might be shipped in multiple packages via DHL.
