SHIPPING POLICY

All in-stock items, that is Ready To Ship items ship within 72 hours once the order is placed. Made to order items take 2-6 weeks to ship. Once shipped, it takes 2-8 working days for your order to deliver.

Domestic ground shipping is complimentary for orders over Rs 15000. Standard shipping charges of Rs 200 apply on all orders under Rs 15000. Expedited shipping is available for orders containing all in stock items to certain PIN codes within India. To get more information on this, please reach out to us on +91-8448225267. Please note that if you choose an expedited shipping option with made to order items, this will only take effect once the entire order is ready for shipment. If you wish to receive a partial shipment, please reach out to care@thevintagesnob.in, additional shipping charges will apply.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Standard shipping charges of 3000 INR apply on all international orders. We offer a complimentary gift card worth 3000 INR on orders over 35000 INR.

Most international orders are delivered within 4 and 12 business days of order fulfilment at our warehouse via our courier partner DHL Express. International orders can experience delays, if your order has not arrived within 3 weeks of shipping, please contact our customer service team for updates. Delivery times vary by destination country.

Duties and taxes might be applicable on international orders once they reach the destination country, the same needs to be paid by the receiver. The Vintage Snob is not responsible for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation strikes and delays, or extra fees and back-end charges once the package has exited India. If you have questions related to customs charges please contact your local customs office.

PROCESSING TIMELINE

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday only. Orders are not processed or shipped on national holidays. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business day.
