Refund policy
At The Vintage Snob, each piece is handcrafted and many items are made-to-order, which makes them unique and special.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or cancellations once an order has been placed.
However, we are committed to ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Upon review, we will offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
To initiate a request, please email us with:
- Your order number
- Clear images of the damaged product
- A screenshot of your order confirmation
Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible.
Additional Information
- Minor variations in color, finish, or design may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products and are not considered defects.
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging for any replacement consideration.
- All resolutions are subject to review and will be provided at the discretion of The Vintage Snob.
International Orders
Customs duties and taxes are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not controlled by The Vintage Snob and are non-refundable.
