SHIPPING POLICY
At The Vintage Snob, all our products are handcrafted, and shipping timelines vary based on product availability.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding national holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (INDIA)
Ready To Ship items are dispatched within 72 hours (3 business days) of placing the order.
Made-to-order items require 2–6 weeks for dispatch.
Once shipped, delivery timelines are:
- Prepaid orders: 2–8 working days
- Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: up to 12 working days
Shipping Charges:
- Complimentary shipping on orders above ₹15,000
- ₹200 shipping fee on orders below ₹15,000
Expedited Shipping:
Expedited shipping is available for select PIN codes within India for orders containing only Ready To Ship items. If your order includes made-to-order items, expedited shipping will apply only after the entire order is ready.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- Standard shipping fee: ₹3,000 on all international orders
- Orders above ₹35,000 receive a ₹3,000 gift card
All international orders are shipped via DHL Express.
Dispatch Timelines:
- Ready To Ship items: within 72 hours
- Made-to-order items: 2–6 weeks
Delivery Timelines:
Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 4–12 business days depending on the destination country.
Please note:
- If your order includes both Ready To Ship and made-to-order items, it will be shipped only once all items are ready.
- Delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearance or unforeseen delays.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes levied by the destination country.
These charges:
- Are determined by the destination country
- Are not controlled by The Vintage Snob
- Must be paid by the customer upon delivery
The Vintage Snob is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier partners, or external factors beyond our control.
If you have questions regarding customs charges, please contact your local customs office.
DELAYS
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timelines, delays may occur due to:
- Customs processing
- Logistics disruptions
- Natural events or unforeseen circumstances
If your international order has not arrived within 3 weeks of dispatch, please contact us for assistance.
