ABOUT THIS PIECE

The Ella Hand Harness traces a line of blooms across the back of the hand — blush pink and lavender petals with ivory flowers between them, sage green leaves threading through, and fine golden wirework running from an adjustable ring to the wrist.

Each petal is shaped by hand from resin worked while still malleable, then outlined in fine gold wire and set onto hand-wound copper. The wire between the blooms is flexible by design, so the trail follows the natural curve of the hand rather than sitting rigid across it.

The weight is deliberately spread rather than clustered. Flowers are placed along the whole length instead of gathered at one point, so the hand catches light as it moves and nothing pulls awkwardly at the ring. The adjustable closure means it fits properly rather than approximately.
