ABOUT THIS PIECE

The Julieta Ear Cuff frames the ear rather than hanging from it — translucent blush and mauve petals, each one edged in fine gold wire, cascading down slender chains from a curved cuff that hooks over the ear.

Each petal is shaped by hand from resin worked while still malleable, then wound onto hand-drawn copper wire. The resin is left thin enough to stay genuinely translucent, so the petals shift between soft pink, mauve and champagne depending on how the light falls.

The cuff is the reason this pair is worth owning. It needs no piercing, and because the petal strands hang loose from the cuff rather than being fixed in place, you decide where they sit — swept forward along the front of the ear for a Kashmiri-style drape, or tucked behind so only the cascade shows. The same pair reads differently depending on which you choose.
